1. No Returns for Digital Products

Because digital products cannot be physically returned, we do not accept returns or refunds after delivery, except in the specific cases outlined below.


2. Eligible Cases for Refund or Replacement

You may be eligible for a replacement or refund only if:

  • The license key is invalid
  • Activation fails despite following our provided instructions

All claims must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.


3. Replacement Policy (Preferred Solution)

If a key does not work, we will provide a free replacement key after verification.
This is our primary resolution method.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided if:

  • The license key has been successfully activated
  • The issue is caused by incorrect installation or user error
  • The product was purchased by mistake (wrong version or edition)
  • The issue is related to hardware changes or system modifications
  • The customer refuses troubleshooting or support assistance

5. Verification Process

To process a claim, we may request:

  • Screenshots of the activation error
  • Proof that the correct product version was installed
  • Confirmation that the key has not been previously activated

Failure to provide verification may result in denial of the claim.


6. EU / UK Digital Content Compliance

In accordance with EU & UK consumer law, by purchasing digital content from Keysoftbuy, you:

  • Acknowledge that delivery begins immediately after payment
  • Expressly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has started

7. Chargebacks & Fraud

We reserve the right to:

  • Dispute chargebacks with evidence of digital delivery
  • Suspend accounts involved in abuse or fraudulent claims
